This service package is meant for someone who wants to make at least $3,000 per month doing light real estate activities, working maybe 1 to 2 hours per day, 5 days per week.
The price of this bundle represents a 50% discount compared with the regular rate of the services bought separately.
We’ll be publishing the following ads for you:
- 100 Craigslist Ads
- 25 Postlets.com Ads
Of course, if you prefer to advertise on other venues, we’ll be working with you to publish 125 ads on any site you’d want to.
The ads will be live on your accounts within 2 to 3 days from whenever we’ll receive the necessary information to publish them.
To help you with the workload, you’ll also receive 5 hours of help from one of our professional Real Estate Virtual Assistants (REVAs).
You can use these 5 hours any way you want. For example, our REVAs could help you:
- Answer the phone
- Qualify prospects
- Create custom MLS searches for potential customers
- Organize showing tours
- Reply to emails
- Input listings into the MLS, including processing the pictures
- Make cold calls to Expired and FSBO
and much more.
