What exactly is a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA)?

A real estate virtual assistant (REVA) is an individual who provides support services for a real estate professional. A REVA does not work out of your office, but works virtually for you from the comfort of his or her home office, utilizing advanced technological communication and data delivery tools. How can I accurately track the time of my Real Estate Virtual Assistant?

We fully understand the apprehension of clients who wonder how much time their REVA is spending on the job since they are not physically located in the same office. While on the job, our REVAs must track their time using our state of the art time-tracking software, which allows us to keep track of the time spent on projects and tasks, as well as what application or websites the REVA worked with or visited. You’ll be able to see at any time what your REVA is working on, down to the minute. You receive a report along with your invoice when billed, or you may request a report at any time. How do you manage to keep me and my tasks at the top of the list when you work with many different agents?

We use a project management software that schedules in the work as it comes in. By utilizing our project management program we are able to keep on top of many different things at once and always know when your work will be completed. How do I pay for your services?

We use PayPal as our payment gateway, which accepts all major credit cards.

How can I be sure that the REVA selected for me is capable to fulfill my requirements?

All of the real estate virtual assistants employed by REVA HQ are required to undergo a series of examinations and interviews and must successfully pass this intensive pre-employment screening process. This involves IQ testing, background checks including personal references, verification of educational requirements and skills-specific tests. When they successfully complete this meticulous process, they are then enrolled in our intensive 3-month training program to ensure they fully understand our practices and procedures, especially the area of work where they will be placed. Is it really cheaper to hire a REVA than a full-time employee?

This is a “no contest”. By using one of our REVAs, you only pay a fixed salary for their services.  Overtime is possible, but only with your authorization. There are no other hidden fees involved. Hiring a full-time employee makes you liable for all kinds of additional costs such as federal and state payroll taxes, FICA, unemployment insurance, vacation pay, employee benefits and training costs.
